A collection of approximately nineteen vintage comic books, predominantly from the mid-20th century. The lot encompasses various genres including humor (e.g., “The Flintstones Starring Dino,” “Wacky Witch,” “O.G. Whiz,” “Dennis the Menace”), war (“Combat,” “Fighting Navy”), horror (“Dracula,” “Ghost Stories”), and western (“Billy the Kid,” “Wyatt Earp”). Publishers represented include Dell, Charlton Comics, and Gold Key, with stated cover prices of 10c, 12c, and 15c visible on many issues. Notably, the collection includes “Ghost Stories #21” by Dell, published circa 1968-1969. Several comics are protected within clear plastic sleeves.
Condition report:
General condition appears fair to good for age, with expected wear for paperbacks of this period. Colors remain largely vibrant. No significant damage such as large tears, heavy creasing, or water damage is immediately apparent.
