Description
A collection of approximately 8 vintage American Western comic books, predominantly titled “Monte Hale Western, ” published by Fawcett Publications. These comics likely date from the 1940s to 1960s, indicated by cover prices (10¢, 15¢, 25¢) and visible period advertisements. They feature typical Golden/Silver Age artwork depicting cowboys, horses, and action scenes. Visible text on the covers includes phrases such as “More pages of stories, ” “Sensational!, ” “Blackmailer’s Doom, ” and “The Dallas Kid.” The reverse sides and interior pages display period advertisements for items like Daisy B.B.
