Description
An American comic book, Marvel Comics The Silver Surfer #2, published in 1968. This issue features the first appearance of the Badoon. The front cover illustration depicts the Silver Surfer in flight above a large green muscular figure holding a weapon, with a red flying saucer, and the prominent text ‘SENTINEL OF THE SPACEWAYS!’ and ‘WHEN LANDS THE SAUCER!’. The comic was originally priced at 25¢. The back cover features a full-page advertisement for ‘Wallace Brown, Inc.’ promoting the sale of Christmas cards.
Condition report:
The comic book exhibits visible signs of age and wear. Condition issues include soft corners, creasing on the covers and along the spine, and overall discoloration and yellowing of the paper, consistent with an older publication.
