Description
A Silver Age American comic book, “The Spectre #3,” published by D.C. Comics in March-April 1968. This issue is professionally graded and encapsulated by CGC (Certified Guaranty Company) in a clear, rigid plastic slab, holding a Universal Grade of 6.5 with off-white pages. The comic features a story by Mike Friedrich and notable cover and interior art by Neal Adams. The colorful cover art depicts The Spectre, a yellow-armored figure, and a large blue-clad character, with a prominent speech bubble reading, “SPECTRE, YOU’VE NO MORE CHANCE TO STOP ME FROM ATOM-BOMBING GATEWAY CITY THAN WILDCAT HAD!” The cover also displays the “SUPERMAN DC NATIONAL COMICS” emblem, issue number (NO. 3), release month (APR.), and original price (12¢), alongside an “APPROVED BY THE COMICS CODE AUTHORITY” stamp.
