Description
Suspense #15, published by Atlas Comics in March 1952. This comic book is professionally graded and encapsulated by CGC with a Universal Grade of 4.0 and Off-White to White pages. The cover, attributed to Joe Maneely, features a horror/mystery scene set at night in a graveyard, depicting a man in a fedora choking another man amidst gravestones and a shadowy, hooded figure under a full moon. Prominent cover text reads “STORIES CALCULATED TO KEEP YOU IN SUSPENSE!”, “SUSPENSE”, “NOW ON SALE EVERY MONTH”, and “THRILL TO THESE… WEIRD SUSPENSE TALES!”. Accompanying smaller panels highlight “The Strange Shoes!”, “The Wrong World!”, and “When Death Calls!”. Dialogue bubbles add to the suspense with phrases like “ONLY YOU KNOW ITS SECRET!
