The comic is encapsulated by CGC (Certified Guaranty Company) with a RESTORED GRADE of 7.0 (Slight B-1) and OFF-WHITE TO WHITE Pages. The cover, attributed to Stan Lee (story) and John Romita and Mike Esposito (cover and art), depicts Spider-Man standing over a defeated Green Goblin amidst a fiery background, with prominent text “SPIDEY SAVES THE DAY!” and “THE END OF THE GREEN GOBLIN!”.
