Description
Milt Gross Funnies #2, published by American Comics Group in September 1947. This American Golden Age comic book is professionally graded by CGC with a Universal Grade of 4.5 and features ‘OFF-WHITE Pages’. The item is encased within a transparent, rigid acrylic slab. The cover art, attributed to Milt Gross, displays prominent yellow-and-green “MILT GROSS Funnies” lettering against a vibrant red background filled with numerous stylized, outline figures. A central panel depicts two caricatured male figures playing a humorous, possibly tennis-like sport, with one exclaiming “OOPS! MISSED!!” in a speech bubble. Other visible markings on the cover include “No 2,” “SEPT.,” and “10¢”.
