Description
A CGC-graded comic book, Marvel Comics’ *Kathy #21*, published in February 1963. The comic is encased in a clear plastic slab, certified with a grade of 3.5 and “OFF-WHITE Pages.” The cover features mid-century teen humor/romance style art, attributed to Stan Goldberg, with a story by Stan Lee. Prominently displayed are “THE TEEN-AGE TORNADO! Kathy,” a 12¢ price, and an “APPROVED BY THE COMICS CODE AUTHORITY” seal. The illustration depicts a gym or figure beauty salon scene with several characters, including a male “INSTRUCTOR,” accompanied by speech bubbles.
