Description
A pair of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ comic books, published by Marvel Comics Group, from the 1963 series. Issue #93, dated December, and issue #94, dated February, both feature a 15¢ price. Each comic displays classic superhero art depicting Spider-Man in conflict with ‘The Prowler.’ Issue #93 bears the cover text ‘TO PROWL NO MORE!’, while issue #94 includes dialogue bubbles stating ‘IT’S ACTION ALL THE WAY WHEN SPIDEY BATTLES… THE PROWLER!’ and ‘HE’S BACK! DANGEROUS THAN EVER!’. Both are staple-bound paperbacks with full-color covers. The back cover of issue #93 presents an advertisement for the Famous Artists Schools featuring Norman Rockwell, and issue #94’s back cover displays an advertisement for ‘Hot Wheels Sizzlers.’
