A collection of 7 vintage American comic books from the DC National Comics imprint, all featuring “SUPERBOY” prominently on their covers. These are primarily Silver Age comics from the Superboy (1949-1979 1st Series DC) series, with visible issue numbers ranging from 107 to 124. The comics originally retailed for 12¢, with one later issue marked at 25¢. Specific story titles visible include “The Kid Who Knew Superboy’s Secret!”, “The Girl in Superboy’s Life!”, “The Origin of Mon-El!”, “The Hero Who Was Not Superboy!”, “The Town That Hated Superboy!”, “The Luckiest Teen-Ager in Smallville!”, and “The Origin of Super-Thief!”. The reverse sides feature various period advertisements, notably for “Make Money Get Prizes with Fast Selling American Seeds, ” Aurora model kits, and Daisy Rifles. Constructed from printed paper.
