Description
A collection of six vintage Marvel comic books, predominantly from the Silver Age, comprising ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ #56 (12¢), ‘King-Size Special X-Men’ #2 (25¢, NOV), and four issues of ‘Marvel Collectors’ Item Classics’ (#4 AUG, #2 APR 1966, #16 AUG, #5 OCT), all priced at 25¢. Each comic is presented within a clear protective plastic sleeve. Prominent characters depicted on the covers include Spider-Man, Doctor Octopus, the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Hulk, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Mole-Man, and Ant-Man. All issues bear the ‘MARVEL COMICS GROUP’ imprint and the ‘Approved by the Comics Code Authority’ seal. A white paper slip with the number ‘559’ is visible beneath the bottom center comic.
Condition report:
The comics show general wear consistent with age, such as some creasing and corner rounding. They appear to be in good, preserved condition within their individual protective bags.
