Description
A signed black and white photographic portrait of George Murphy, depicting the subject as a smiling Caucasian male, wearing a suit and tie, with his hands clasped over what appears to be a string of beads. The print features a blue ink autograph in the bottom right quadrant, reading “To Marshall, best wishes, George Murphy.” A small number “8216” is visible in the bottom right corner of the photograph. Likely dating from the mid-20th century based on the subject’s attire and photographic style. Accompanied by a JSA (James Spence Authentication) “Basic Certification” card and a matching JSA authentication sticker (Certification Number: AX02090) affixed to the lower left corner of the print, confirming the signature’s authenticity.
