The publication is a staple-bound newsprint comic book from the Bronze Age. The cover features artwork depicting Batman gesturing away from members of the Justice League toward the Outsiders, with speech bubbles stating I’ve had enough of your two-bit Justice League! and From now on, these are my new partners!
