A Liberty Classics die-cast metal locking coin bank replicating a 1940-41 Ford Sedan Ghost Car utilized by the Pennsylvania Motor Police. This model was commissioned as a 95th-anniversary commemorative piece for the Pennsylvania State Police Historical, Educational & Memorial Center in 2000. The vehicle features a white body with a black hood and side trim, detailed with PENNSYLVANIA MOTOR POLICE markings on the doors and above the windshield. The chassis is embossed with Liberty Classics, Dist. by Spec Cast, and 1940 FORD. It is identified as number 937 of a limited edition of 2,000, as stamped on the undercarriage and noted on the included Certificate of Authenticity. The lot includes the original decorative packaging and the original brass-tone locking key secured to the chassis.
