The first volume is titled The Best of The Rip Off Press, Volume One: COMIX, featuring cover art by Dave Sheridan dated 1972. The second volume is titled The Best of The Rip Off Press, Vol. II: The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers, featuring cover art by Gilbert Shelton with a 1974 copyright. These collections represent the San Francisco counterculture era and include works by influential artists such as Robert Crumb, Gilbert Shelton, and Robert Williams.
