This 1990s New York Mets team-signed memorabilia piece consists of a Louisville Slugger model S2 baseball bat. The natural-grain wood bat features a clear finish and is marked with GENUINE S2, METS, and LOUISVILLE SLUGGER in black block lettering, along with a stylized Powerized logo near the center of the barrel. The surface is covered with 35 player and staff signatures hand-written in blue ink. Identified signatures include Gary Carter, Mookie Wilson, Davey Johnson, Frank Viola, Wally Whitehurst, Terry Leach, Keith Miller, and Tim Burke. The lot is accompanied by a preliminary letter of authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA) and MEARS, dated November 3, 2012.
