The autograph and multi-line inscription are executed in black fiber-tip marker on a blank panel of the brown pebbled ball. The inscription reads: Best Wishes / For a / Successful Campaign / Rick Hoff / Johnny Unitas. The item is accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA) with certification number XX85080 and submission number 299404, dated March 22, 2023. The Letter of Authenticity is signed by James J. Spence, Jr. and includes a notary seal from Cheryl M. Olcott, State of New Jersey.
Condition report:
