This is an autographed American football signed by Pro Football Hall of Fame running back Gale Sayers. The signature is executed in silver-toned paint pen on a brown pebble-grained panel and includes his jersey number 40. The football is produced by Wilson and bears the National Football League logo, as well as the American Football Conference and National Football Conference shields. Additional markings on the ball include MADE IN U.S.A. and INFLATE 11-13 LBS. The item is accompanied by a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Basic Certificate of Authenticity and a corresponding tamper-evident serial-numbered sticker, number H37290, which is affixed to the ball.
