A group of four vintage non-sport trading cards from the 1959 Fleer The 3 Stooges series. Each card has been professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator). The collection features the following individual cards: Card #38 titled Contact! (PSA Certification 110484926); Card #57 titled That Oughta Hold Him! (PSA Certification 110484945); Card #64 titled You Won’t Fool Anybody With That… (PSA Certification 110484952); and Card #66 titled He Has 40 Teeth And 4 Cavities! (PSA Certification 110484954).
The card fronts display color lithographic scenes from various Three Stooges short films, accompanied by printed captions in the right-hand margin. The reverse of each card features a crown graphic with the card number and the text Collect All 96. The backs also include scripted dialogue between characters Moe, Larry, and Curly, as well as a credit line for the Columbia feature film Have Rocket, Will Travel. Each card carries the copyright for 1959 Norman Maurer Productions, Inc. and is marked as printed in the U.S.A. by F.H. Fleer.
Condition report:
Each of the four cards is graded PSA EX-MT 6 (Excellent-Mint). The cards are secured in standard PSA sonic-welded plastic holders. The cards exhibit well-preserved color and standard white borders with minor age-related toning. The holders show minimal surface wear and remain clear and intact.
