This is a contemporary lithographic reproduction of the 1948 Surrealist composition titled Animal, paraguas y mano by Spanish artist Joan Ponç. The image features a dense arrangement of grotesque, biomorphic figures and symbolic motifs characteristic of the artist’s style, including a central multi-limbed figure with a mechanical-looking interior, a donkey-like creature, disembodied hands, and an umbrella.
