An assortment of philatelic material and postal history contained in several binders and folders. The group includes a black Isle of Man Postage Stamps binder with mint commemorative sets from the early 1980s, including the 1981 Women’s Suffrage issue and 1982 Tourist Trophy Races sets. A large brown binder titled The Signers of the Constitution of the United States features biographical inserts and First Day Covers with 13c flag stamps postmarked in 1978. A United States Postal Service Bicentennial of the United States Constitution Pennsylvania commemorative folder contains a full sheet of fifty 22c Pennsylvania statehood stamps and several First Day Covers with Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, circular date stamps from 1987. Canadian material consists of a blue binder of 1960s First Day Covers addressed to a private individual and a red Lindner Falzlos Album No. 500 containing mint stamps from the 1970s and 1980s in protective mounts, including souvenir sheets and definitive issues depicting ships and floral emblems. A clipped paper note referencing Governor Robert P. Casey is present in the USPS folder.

The stamps and covers generally appear to be in fine to very fine condition. Mint stamps are typically never hinged within mounts or remain as issued in full sheets. Envelopes show minor toning and typical handling wear at edges. Binders show light shelf wear to the covers and spines. Centering for individual stamps ranges from average to very fine.
