This lot consists of 18 comic books from the Bronze through the Modern Age, featuring various titles and publishers. The collection includes issues from DC Comics 1st Issue Special series: No. 5 (August 1975) featuring Manhunter with art by Jack Kirby; two copies of No. 7 (October 1975) featuring The Creeper with art by Steve Ditko; and No. 8 (November 1975) featuring the origin and first appearance of Travis Morgan, The Warlord, by Mike Grell. Condition report:
These comics are in raw, uncertified condition and are individually presented in protective poly bags with backing boards. The general condition ranges from mid-grade to high-grade, estimated between Fine and Near Mint. Covers are securely attached at the staples. Minor spine stresses and light edge wear are present on several issues, primarily among the Bronze Age DC titles. No major defects or missing pages are observed.
