This collection consists of six DC Comics war titles published during the mid-to-late 1970s. The lot includes three issues of Our Fighting Forces featuring The Losers: issue 161 (November 1975), issue 162 (December 1975), and issue 168 (August 1976). Issue 168 includes the DC Comics Salutes the Bicentennial banner number 13. The lot also contains two issues of Star Spangled War Stories featuring The Unknown Soldier: issue 197 (March 1976) and issue 199 (May 1976). The final comic is The Unknown Soldier issue 227 (May 1979), which features The Blind Eye cover story. Cover art is provided by Joe Kubert, with signatures on issues 161, 197, and 227, and Ernie Chan, signed as Ernie Chua on issue 199. All comics are presented in individual protective plastic sleeves with cardboard backing boards.

The comics are in raw, ungraded condition, appearing to range from Fine to Very Fine. Visible signs of handling include minor spine stress, light edge wear, and slight blunting of the corners across the collection. Issue 197 shows small color breaks along the spine against the dark background. Covers are attached, and no significant tears or missing pieces are visible through the sleeves.
