This lot consists of two comic books from the La Blue Girl series, published by Bare Bear Press in 1996. The lot includes Issue 1 and Issue 2. These are US editions based on the manga series created by Toshio Maeda. The covers feature illustrations signed by an artist identified as Motte, with both signatures dated 1996. Issue 1 depicts a female character in a green top and grey leggings wielding a sword. Issue 2 depicts a character in a green and black suit wielding two blades against a red-toned background. Both covers feature a prominent yellow starburst with the text, ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR CHILDREN!!! Each issue is printed with a cover price of $2.95. Issue 2 includes a barcode on the front cover.
