This lot consists of four Silver Age comic books from the series Supermans Pal Jimmy Olsen, published by National Periodical Publications (DC Comics). The collection includes Issue No. 58 (January 1962) featuring the story Jimmy the Soda Jerk!; Issue No. 75 (March 1964) featuring The Mystery of Convict 313!; Issue No. 83 (March 1965) featuring The Nostradamus of Metropolis!; and Annual No. 2 (1961) featuring The E-L-A-S-T-I-C Lad. These issues contain classic Silver Age stories and artwork, including an appearance of the Elastic Lad persona. The books are printed on standard newsprint. Condition report:
These comic books are in coverless condition, missing both front and back covers. The splash pages and final interior pages serve as the current outermost layers. There is significant wear and paper loss along the spines where the covers were originally attached. The pages show moderate to heavy tanning and yellowing due to age. Edge chipping, small tears, and corner creasing are present throughout the exposed pages.
