A vintage Nylint Corporation articulated tractor-trailer aerial ladder fire truck. The toy is constructed from pressed steel with plastic components including windows, interior, and wheels. It features a two-section extendable aerial ladder finished in white paint, mounted on a 360-degree rotating turret base. The ladder is operated by a manual crank wheel and string pulley system. The tractor unit features a modern-style cab for the period with yellow-tinted windows, a white interior, and a plastic siren light on the roof. The trailer features silver-tone textured running boards and a rear boarding platform with a metal railing. The ladder extension cord is present and the mechanical components for rotation and extension appear functional. Plastic windows and interior show light wear and dust consistent with age. No original box or packaging is included.
