BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! A Collection of 10 Autographed Celebrity Publicity and Cast Photographs
This collection consists of 10 autographed celebrity items, primarily featuring 8 inch by 10 inch publicity and cast photographs. The group is anchored by a color ensemble cast-signed photograph from the television series The Office, bearing multiple signatures in black felt-tip marker attributed to Steve Carell, Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, B.J. Novak, Angela Kinsey, Oscar Nunez, Brian Baumgartner, Leslie David Baker, Kate Flannery, Mindy Kaling, Creed Bratton, and Phyllis Smith. The collection also includes a color photograph of Walter Koenig in character as Ensign Pavel Chekov from Star Trek, which is inscribed To Zach and features a 2004 Paramount Pictures copyright mark. Further items include two identical color headshots of Christine Taylor with different inscriptions to Nick and Zachary; a color headshot of Lisa Rinna; a black and white publicity photograph of Kelly Ripa inscribed to Nick; a color photograph of Erica Durance in character as Lois Lane from the series Smallville; a black and white headshot of Alice Evans; a black and white headshot of Anne Murray dated 2001; a black and white headshot of Michaela Conlin; and a black and white promotional card for John Stanky. Several items include personalized inscriptions to the names Nick or Zachary. The items are sold as-found without third-party certificates of authenticity.
Provenance / Authentication Note: This item originates from a single-owner collection assembled by a dedicated sports fan (with a strong focus on Notre Dame and New York Yankees memorabilia). The collector actively pursued autographs over many years through in-person events, including games, autograph shows, and visits to National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum during player events, as well as through direct mail requests to athletes and celebrities. The collection included supporting material such as handwritten correspondence sent to athletes (in some cases with payment enclosed), along with photographs of the collector with various signers. A portion of this same collection was featured in our March 21st auction, where multiple items were authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA). In regards to any items with signature(s): While this specific item(s) may not be individually submitted for third-party authentication, it originates from the same collection and shows consistency with previously authenticated pieces. As with many large autograph collections, there may be a small number of facsimile or clubhouse-style signatures present, but for the most part we have seen AUTHENTIC SIGNATURES within the collection. Based on the overall provenance and our review, we maintain a strong level of confidence in the authenticity of most items. Bidders are encouraged to review all photos carefully and bid according to their own level of comfort. No additional authentication documentation is included unless visible within the lot photos. Condition report:
The collection is in very good condition overall. Individual items show minor signs of handling wear at the corners and edges, consistent with their age and type. The signatures are generally clear and bold with no significant fading, staining, or major creasing apparent.
