BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! A Trio of Michael Jordan Memorabilia Including a 1997 Upper Deck Commemorative Standee and Jump 23, Inc. Fan Correspondence

This trio of Michael Jordan memorabilia includes a commemorative die-cut cardboard standee, a fan response letter, and a motivational card. The standee, produced by Upper Deck, features Jordan in a Chicago Bulls home jersey and commemorates his 25,000th career point achieved on November 30, 1996, during a game against the San Antonio Spurs. The base of the standee is printed with the Upper Deck logo, the designation 1 OF 3, and copyright information for 1997. The Jump 23, Inc. form letter is dated December 20, 2010, and is addressed to a fan named Zachery. The letterhead includes a graphic of a mailbag and a large Jumpman silhouette watermark, concluding with a Jump 23, Inc. signature and Jumpman logo. The Jumpman Rules card is a black motivational card with a lime green border that lists six principles for success: 1. Set Short-Term Goals, 2. Pay The Price, 3. Master The Basics, 4. Stay In School, 5. Do Your Two-A-Days, and 6. Never Be Afraid To Take The Big Shot.

Provenance / Authentication Note: This item originates from a single-owner collection assembled by a dedicated sports fan (with a strong focus on Notre Dame and New York Yankees memorabilia). The collector actively pursued autographs over many years through in-person events, including games, autograph shows, and visits to National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum during player events, as well as through direct mail requests to athletes and celebrities. The collection included supporting material such as handwritten correspondence sent to athletes (in some cases with payment enclosed), along with photographs of the collector with various signers. A portion of this same collection was featured in our March 21st auction, where multiple items were authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA). In regards to any items with signature(s): While this specific item(s) may not be individually submitted for third-party authentication, it originates from the same collection and shows consistency with previously authenticated pieces. As with many large autograph collections, there may be a small number of facsimile or clubhouse-style signatures present, but for the most part we have seen AUTHENTIC SIGNATURES within the collection. Based on the overall provenance and our review, we maintain a strong level of confidence in the authenticity of most items. Bidders are encouraged to review all photos carefully and bid according to their own level of comfort. No additional authentication documentation is included unless visible within the lot photos. Please reach out with any questions.

Condition report:

The items are in good overall condition. The die-cut standee shows minor edge wear and light surface scuffing on the black base consistent with age and handling. The Jump 23, Inc. letter and Jumpman Rules card appear well-preserved with no significant creases, tears, or discoloration.
