Description
BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! This lot consists of five comic books from various publishers including Image Comics and DC Comics. The collection includes a copy of Spawn/Batman issue number 1, published by Image Comics in 1994. This one-shot crossover issue features cover art by Todd McFarlane and Frank Miller and is housed in a plastic polybag. Also included are two copies of Batman issue number 1, which are FirstNet and AT&T promotional giveaway reprints featuring the story titled Into the Fire. The lot contains one copy of The Jetsons issue number 6 of 6, published by DC Comics in 2018 as part of the Hanna-Barbera line; this is the Cover B variant with art by Palmiotti, Brito, and Sinclair. Additionally, there is one small-format mini-comic titled Todd McFarlane’s Spawn issue number 1, published by Image Comics and Todd Toys in 1994. This item was originally produced as a pack-in for Series 1 Spawn action figures and features a product catalog on the back cover.
Condition report:
The Spawn/Batman issue appears to be in good condition through the plastic bag with sharp corners. The two promotional Batman copies show minor surface wear. The Jetsons comic displays visible color-breaking spine ticks and minor corner blunting. The Spawn mini-comic shows several spine stress marks and slight edge wear. All items are in raw, uncertified condition.
