This is Fever Pitch issue number 8, an underground adult comic book anthology published by Jabberwocky Graphix with a cover date of 1988. The publication features a full-color wraparound cover with artwork credited to Larry Dickison for initial design, Brad W. Foster for refinement and finish design, and Allen Freeman for airbrush paint.
