Three issues of the Marvel Comics series Nightstalkers from the early 1990s. The collection includes one copy of issue number 2, dated December 1992, and two copies of issue number 4, dated February 1993. Issue number 2 is notable for the first appearance of the Hydra task force D.O.A. (Department of Occult Armaments). All covers feature artwork by pencilist Ron Garney and inker Tom Palmer, with the signatures GARNEY / PALMER visible in the lower corner of the illustrations. These are direct edition copies, identified by the skull graphic in the barcode area. Each comic is presented in an individual protective plastic sleeve with a backing board. The Marvel Comics logo is located in the upper-left corner above the stylized title logo. Issue number 4 is marked 4 FEB, $1.75 US, $2.15 CAN, and UK £1.20. Issue number 2 is marked 2 DEC, $1.75 US, $2.15 CAN, and UK £1.20.
Condition report:
The comics are in good overall condition with typical shelf wear consistent with age. One copy of issue number 4 has an orange price sticker applied to the upper-right corner of the cover. Issue number 2 has a promotional sticker applied to the upper-right corner which partially obscures the title logo. Minor stress lines are visible along the spines through the plastic sleeves. No major cover detachments or significant structural damage are visible.
