Produced under license for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) Productions, this vintage bobblehead nodder depicts the character Dr. James Kildare from the 1960s television series starring Richard Chamberlain. The figure is constructed of hand-painted ceramic with a spring-mounted head. The doctor is modeled wearing a white medical lab coat with black buttons, blue trousers, and black shoes. He is shown with stylized red-brown hair and green eyes, and holds a reflex hammer in his right hand. The circular base features a yellow horizontal band printed with the name DR. KILDARE in black block letters. The underside of the hollow base retains an original circular paper label printed with the text: © METRO GOLDWYN MAYER PRODUCTIONS JAPAN.
