This collection consists of three pieces of political memorabilia. The first item is a campaign placard for John F. Kennedy printed on cardstock in red, white, and blue. It features a portrait of Kennedy and text reading ELECT DEMOCRATS for PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY. A visible printer mark in the lower right corner reads Keller Bros. Miller Printers, 401 Franklin St., Buffalo, N. Y. followed by a union bug and the number 50. The second item is a purple and white poster for the 1960 Democratic ticket reading ELECT DEMOCRATS with KENNEDY and JOHNSON. Condition report:
The items are in fair condition with visible signs of age. Significant toning and yellowing are present on all pieces. Both posters show creases, fold lines, and small tears along the margins. The newspaper page exhibits typical newsprint oxidation and several horizontal and vertical fold marks.
