BID PER WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO, NOT THE AI GENERATED TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS! This is an assortment of four original promotional posters issued by DC Comics in the late 1980s. Each poster was designed for retailer display to promote new or revitalized comic book series. The collection includes a Power of the Atom poster featuring art by Dwayne Turner and K.S. Wilson, which advertises the monthly series and Secret Origins issue 29 against a collage of contemporary DC titles. A Checkmate! poster is included, created by Paul Kupperberg, John Byrne, and Steve Erwin, featuring 1987 copyright information. The third poster promotes the 12-issue maxi-series Sonic Disruptors by Mike Baron, Barry Crain, and John Nyberg, also dated 1987. All posters show original factory fold lines. There is minor wear at the intersections of the folds and light edge wear, which is typical for paper ephemera of this period.
