Description
A group of eight American comic books, dating from the mid-20th century, primarily in the Western and action/adventure genres. Publishers represented include Marvel Comics, with three issues of ‘RINGO KID’, one issue of ‘THE MIGHTY MARVEL WESTERN’, and one issue of ‘RAWHIDE KID’. DC Comics is represented by three issues of ‘TOMAHAWK’. Visible cover prices range from 10¢ to 15¢, placing these issues predominantly in the 1960s to early 1970s. Various issue numbers are present, such as #4, #72, #73, and #57. Printed on paper, the reverse sides feature an array of period-specific advertisements for hobby kits, correspondence courses, and toys, typical of the era.
Condition report:
Generally good apparent condition for their age. Covers exhibit vibrant illustrations with some minor edge wear and creasing consistent with vintage paper items. Pages appear intact with colors remaining strong. No major tears, significant staining, or missing pages are immediately apparent.
