The comic features a Stan Lee story and cover art by Herb Trimpe, depicting the green-skinned Hulk restrained by chains and menaced by the masked figure of Maximus the Mad. This issue is professionally graded and encased in a clear protective plastic slab from CGC, designated with a ‘Universal Grade’ of 7.5 and noting ‘OFF-WHITE TO WHITE Pages’.
