The certification number is 2060321007. The cover artwork, attributed to Dick Ayers and Vince Colletta, features a Western genre scene depicting the hooded Ghost Rider on horseback, with multiple Native American characters engaged in a skirmish, utilizing bows, arrows, and axes, against a backdrop of a fallen tree.
