Description
This lot features Roy Rogers Comics #17, published by Dell Publishing in May 1949. The comic is professionally encapsulated by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) with a UNIVERSAL GRADE of 6.0. The CGC label further notes ‘CREAM TO OFF-WHITE Pages’ and a ‘Photo cover,’ with certification number 0131641006. The front cover displays a photographic image of Roy Rogers in a cowboy hat and an embroidered shirt, set against a light blue background. The title ‘Roy Rogers COMICS’ is prominently featured in red script. Additional cover markings include ‘A DELL COMIC,’ ’10¢,’ and ‘MAY.’
