Description
A group of four digest-sized vintage pulp magazines titled ‘Two Complete Science-Adventure Books’, dating from Spring 1952 and Summer 1952. Each magazine was originally priced at 25 cents. They feature vibrant, illustrative science fiction cover art depicting futuristic scenes with human figures, extraterrestrial beings, and spacecraft. Story titles include “The Outcasts of Venus” by Anaximander Powell, “The Humanoids” by Jack Williamson, “The Crucstars Are Coming!” by Paul Lawrence Payne, and “Minions of the Moon” by William Gray Seyer. The back covers display period advertisements, notably for “How to Fix Any Part of Any Car” manuals and “Nylon Sox.”
Condition report:
The magazines exhibit visible wear consistent with their age, including creasing, discoloration, edge wear, and some spine deterioration. Covers show rubbing, minor tears, and surface abrasions. Pages are toned.
