Description
A vintage British pulp science fiction magazine, ‘New Worlds #v1 #2’, published by Pendulum Publications in October 1946 in the United Kingdom. The magazine is professionally graded by CGC Universal Grade at 5.5, with “CREAM TO OFF-WHITE Pages”, and bears the serial number 4556357021. It is encased within a clear protective plastic slab. The mid-20th century pulp-style cover artwork, credited to Victor Caesari, features two stylized spacecraft and a ringed planet against a dark blue, starry background. Visible text includes the title “New Worlds,” the subtitle “VOL I FICTION OF THE FUTURE No. 2,” and the story credit “SPACE SHIP 13 by PATRICK. S. SELBY.” A faint original price of 2/- (two shillings) is discernible on the cover.
