Description
A Golden Age comic book, “Captain Marvel Jr. #32” from Fawcett Publications, dated September-October 1945. The comic is presented in a sealed, transparent CGC (Certified Guaranty Company) grading slab, assigned a “UNIVERSAL GRADE” of “5.0” with “OFF-WHITE TO WHITE Pages.” The CGC label attributes “Jack Binder art” and a “Bud Thompson cover,” and bears serial number 4589873009. The colorful cover artwork depicts Captain Marvel Jr., a male superhero, flying above a rocky island featuring a lighthouse, appearing to save a prone figure from a falling boulder. A small boat containing several people is visible in the water below. Additional cover text includes “FAWCETT MAGAZINE,” “SEPT. – OCT.,” “10¢,” “NO. 32,” and the story title “CAPT.
