Description
A group of four vintage *Amazing Stories* pulp magazines, all from 1952. This lot includes two copies of the August 1952 issue (Volume 26, Number 8), one March 1952 issue (Volume 26, Number 2), and one June 1952 issue (Volume 26, Number 6). These science fiction periodicals feature vibrant, classic pulp cover art depicting robots, aliens, and futuristic adventures. Visible text includes the main title, specific issue dates, and story titles such as “The Iron Men of Venus” and “Fifty Thousand Nuggets.” Back cover advertisements for “THE ROSICRUCIANS (AMORC)” promote “The Secret of MENTAL CREATING” and feature the phrase “THIS WISDOM MUST DIE / Denied Staggering Humanity.” All text is in English. A handwritten ’35’ appears on a separate slip of paper accompanying the lot.
Condition report:
Fair to good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use, including creasing, edge tears, spine roll, discoloration, and surface abrasions. Covers largely retain their imagery and color. Interiors appear complete, though not individually inspected for every page.
