Description
A group of four vintage Marvel Comics Group special issue comic books, comprising two ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ King-Size Special issues and two ‘The Incredible Hulk’ Annual/Special issues. Specifically, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ issues #6 (November) and #7 (December), and ‘The Incredible Hulk’ issues #3 and #4 (January). All issues bear a 25¢ cover price. The Spider-Man issues and Hulk #3 are identified as ‘King-Size Special’ editions, while Hulk #4 is a ‘Hulk Special’. These color-illustrated paper comics feature iconic Silver Age superhero artwork. Spider-Man battles The Vulture, Chameleon, and the Sinister Six (Kraven, Sandman, Dr. Octopus, Mysterio, Vulture, Electro). The Hulk confronts The Leader and Humanoids; issue #4 also credits Trimpe & Severin. Each comic includes the ‘Approved by the Comics Code Authority’ seal. An inventory tag numbered ‘351’ is present.
Condition report:
Condition varies from fair to good. All issues show significant wear, including creasing to covers and pages, spine stress with some splitting, small tears along edges and spines, and general discoloration and foxing consistent with age and prior handling.
