Description
A copy of Fantastic Four #17, published by Marvel Comics Group in August 1961, from the Silver Age of comics. The front cover features Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Thing engaged with Doctor Doom, under headlines such as “THE WORLD’S GREATEST COMIC MAGAZINE!” and “IN THE CLUTCHES OF DOCTOR DOOM!”. It was originally priced at 12¢. The reverse displays a full-page advertisement for “Famous Artists Schools” featuring Albert Dorne, titled “He’s Looking For People Who Like to Draw.” The comic is made of paper.
Condition report:
Significant wear, consistent with age and handling. Visible creasing, edge chipping, and minor tears are present throughout. The paper shows signs of discoloration and fragility.
