Description
A pair of Marvel Comics Group *Fantasy Masterpieces* comic books, issues #1 (February 1966) and #2 (April 1966). These Silver Age publications, originally priced at 12¢ each, feature reprints of early fantasy thrillers from the Golden Age of Marvel. The covers prominently display “FROM THE GOLDEN AGE OF MARVEL” and list contributing artists such as Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, with story titles including “FIN FANG FOOM!” and “OROGO!”. Printed on newsprint with color covers, they exhibit typical comic book art of the mid-1960s.
Condition report:
Used condition. Both comics exhibit creasing, edge wear, and spine stress. Discoloration and staining are present on covers and pages, consistent with age and handling. No significant tears or missing pages observed, but general wear is evident.
