A vintage American comic book, MYSTERY IN SPACE (1951 Series) No. 70, published by DC Comics, dated February-March, with an original cover price of 10c. The front cover features science fiction-themed artwork depicting a figure in a spacesuit aiming a ray gun, with several other figures contained within transparent cubes, against a cosmic backdrop. Text on the cover includes “EXPOSING THE STRANGE SECRETS OF OTHER WORLDS!” and the story title ““The Chain Gang of Space!””, along with the descriptive “THE AMAZING STORY OF NINE PRISONERS FROM NINE PLANETS…”.
