Description
A vintage Marvel Comics Group ‘The Silver Surfer’ issue number 14, originally published in 1968. The front cover features vibrant artwork depicting the Silver Surfer and Spider-Man, with text stating ‘SKY-RIDER OF THE SPACEWAYS!’ and ‘THE SURFER BATTLES SPIDER-MAN!’. It bears the ‘APPROVED BY THE COMICS CODE AUTHORITY’ seal and is marked ‘MAK’ with an original price of 15¢. The back cover presents an advertisement for the ‘Famous Artists School’ titled ‘Do you have art talent worth developing? Take our free test and see’.
Condition report:
The comic is in used, circulated condition, exhibiting visible creasing, edge wear, minor tears, and some discoloration consistent with age. The printed colors remain largely discernible.
