Description
A vintage American comic book, Marvel Comics Group’s “The Silver Surfer,” issue number 8, dated September 1969, originally priced at 15 cents. The front cover features superhero art depicting the Silver Surfer on his board above an orange, ethereal figure in a city scene, with prominent text including “SKY-RIDER OF THE SPACEWAYS!” and “INTRODUCING: THE GHOST!”. The comic displays the “Approved by the Comics Code Authority” seal. The back cover features a full-page advertisement for “Wallace Brown Cards” for earning “EXTRA MONEY,” incorporating a pre-printed business reply postcard. Constructed from paper.
