Description
A pair of early 1970s Bronze Age comic books from the Marvel Comics Group, both part of the “Marvel Tales” series, printed on paper. The right comic is issue #13 (March, 25¢), prominently featuring Spider-Man, alongside Thor and Giant-Man on the cover, with text including “The End of Spider-Man!” and “Behind the Fall of Sandman!”. Its back cover displays an advertisement for “Famous Artists Schools” endorsed by Norman Rockwell. The left comic is issue #14 (May, 25¢), featuring Spider-Man, Human Torch, and Thor on the cover, with text announcing “Spidey Strikes Back!” and highlighting a “Golden Age Masterpiece!” within. Its back cover carries a “MAKE MONEY GET PRIZES with Fast Selling American Seeds” advertisement.
Condition report:
Good condition. Both comics exhibit minor creasing, edge wear, and some discoloration consistent with age and circulation. Colors remain relatively vibrant.
