Description
A group of three vintage DC Comics ‘Wonder Woman’ comic books from the Silver Age. The lot comprises issue No. 153 (August), No. 159 (May), and No. 160 (April), each marked with a 12-cent price. The cover of No. 153 features Wonder Woman deflecting arrows, with text noting “DC PIONEER-WHO-DOES-THE-IMPOSSIBLE-BY-RETURNING-TO-COMICS GOLDEN-AGE!” and “THE BRAIN PIRATE of OUTER SPACE!”. No. 159 depicts Wonder Woman battling a “DEMON MAN-FISH!” wielding a trident. No. 160 shows her fighting masked figures, introducing “THE AMAZING AMAZON CRIME!”. The reverse sides feature period advertisements for Christmas cards, Daisy air rifles, and Aurora model kits. A white slip with the handwritten number ‘437’ is also present.
Condition report:
All three comics exhibit general wear, creasing, edge wear, and spine stress consistent with their age and handling. They appear complete and intact.
